The Adventure
Starting a new adventure on GhostCMS. Why the sudden change? Pivot shall you say from the WordPress platform that you may or may not be used to? Well, I wanted to re-architect my entire software stack. And to be honest, most of the content on the WordPress site was static in nature.
Ghost allows for me to host static and dynamic content in an intuitive way. Additionally, its suited for content changes (text and changes to layout) with a few little tweaks. If your a developer and want a new (and easy) way to modify and manage content...Ghost is the way forward.
The tech stack
Digital Ocean - VPS
CentOS v7.6 - cause why not?
GhostCMS - JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Handlebars (template engine) = LOVE.
Google DNS - cause why would you use anything else?
