These touchpoints lead to higher consumer engagement, increased basket size, and customer acquisition, additionally they build connections, loyalty, and lasting engagements/relationships. As always, I'm fueled by the 'get sh*t done' mentality, the building of crazy and exciting software. I am always looking for simplicity & elegance in a truly innovative solution.
